We know how important it is for you to take your PARGO on your next adventure, that’s why we try to process your order as quickly as possible. Arriving at your front door as fast as our couriers can deliver it to your address.

For Australian domestic orders

Standard postage: 3-5 business days

Express post: 1-2 business days

This may change slightly during peak periods such as Black Friday and Christmas

Shipping costs

Flat Rate Shipping - $9.95

Express shipping (Australia post) - Starts @ $12.00

All orders are dispatched daily Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays)

Once your order is dispatched, you will get an email notification where you can access your tracking number & track your order for delivery

Please note, if you do need to amend your order or change the colour you selected we are only able to do so if you email help@projectpargo.com immediately after placing your order. There are no guarantees however we always try our best to accommodate ordering mistakes!
